Disappointed in customer service

I wanted to be able to endorse this brand but sadly they have poor customer service. I order my first dippin daisys and return the whole order due to it not fitting properly. I reached out about a return price discrepancy and my concerns or email was never replied to. I was planning on repurchasing but as of now I cannot trust this brand and sadly I wouldn’t recommend, even though the suits are so cute.
