Customer Service Representative for Wholesale Swimwear

Well established contemporary apparel company with a wide distribution- In a fast paced environment is seeking a Customer service / Sales support Manager to join our team!

Candidate must have 5 years of min. experience in the apparel industry with knowledge in apparel related software.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Run daily reports to ensure orders are shipping in our wholesale websites and backorders.
  • Process sales orders, changes, extensions & substitutions etc.
  • Review sales order for allocation, picking and shipping
  • Create EDI orders for dept. store accounts
  • Provide POD information and work with factors credit dept.
  • Review status of sales orders weekly with Sales Associate
  • Communicate with buyers and assistants regarding all extensions, refusals and shipping updates as needed.
  • Interface very closely with Production department
  • Track deliveries
  • Answer customer Inquiries
  • Pick up phone calls, answer emails, service walk-in customers, etc.
  • Billing and sending invoices on a daily basis
  • Familiarity with JOOR, LaShowroom, FashionGo, Shipstation is a plus.

Wholesale Swimwear In House Sales Account Executive

What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking for an experienced Sales Executive that must love fashion, be up-to-date with trends and have a fabulous sense of style. Ideally you have worked in other sales positions and have existing relationships with buyers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills (both verbal & written)
  • Must work well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Curate assortments for key accounts and service to hit monthly sales goals
  • Manage all customer-related activities, including order maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Creatively drive in-season business to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Work closely with marketing and production teams in forecasting and allocating resources for new prospects requests and requirements.
  • At least 5 years experience in wholesale sales and customer relations
  • Excellent Computer skills (Word, Excel, JOOR, ERP etc)
  • Create, manage and develop accounts with customers that generate profit and earn you commission
  • Proactively develop and manage customer leads to maximize sales and profit
  • Nurture customer relationships in the longer-term for repeat business
  • Travel to Tradeshows in Las Vegas and Florida.
  • Travel to Key accounts present the collection.
  • Email + Call accounts on a regular basis to secure new orders.

Wholesale Swimwear Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for all territorial sales reps domestic and international.

- Hire, train, lead, and manage a team of in-house sales representatives

- Seeks and follows leads to acquire new business

- Manage 6-7 trade shows per year and must be able to travel to Florida for key trade shows

- Work closely with production team on projections and merchandising

- Deliver on seasonal revenue as agreed upon by the CEO

- Be able to do the grunt work of selling to customers small and big

Swimwear Production Manager

Requirements:

  • Overseeing Production WIP (While In Production) Reports, negotiate, review and track key production dates, alert Marketing, Sales Teams and Vendors of all delivery updates and update ERP and/ or Product Lifecycle Management Software accordingly to reflect most up to date deliveries.
  • Partner with Vendors and Logistics teams to ensure on time bookings and hand overs as well as present delivery updates to Upper Management.
  • Purchase Order Maintenance inclusive of creating, updating and closing based on Ship date and Final receipt quantity. Update Customer service, Merchandising and planning of short shipments and delivery slides.
  • Previous experience in Swimwear Manufacturing & Production a must (minimum 5 years of experience)
  • Monitor all open productions with each material vendor and manufacturer from purchase orders placed to goods being picked up timelines
  • Guide all production schedule discussions
  • Lead all weekly manufacturing calls with agendas and recaps
  • Review all packing lists for quantity check
  • Maintain factory production status reports and overall production status report
  • Maintain factory and sample room(s) development status report and overall development status report
  • Oversee all production quality standards and communications
  • Maintain finished garment folding and packaging instructions
  • Participate in sourcing materials and manufacturers
  • Involved in any drop shipment communications/ planning from factory
  • Work closely with Design on concept intent and execution
  • Sit in fittings with development team
  • Take part of the apparel manufacturing planning and allocation
  • Travel to factories and mills when appropriate for regular check-ins

Inventory Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Will coordinate with the warehouse manager regarding day-to-day operations.
  • Utilize database, spreadsheet and other computer applications to manage SKUs and quantities.
  • Input and registration of new items inside the company’s inventory database.
  • Schedule cycle-counts.
  • Receiving inventory.
  • Responsible in managing quantities on all sales channels quantities.
  • Organization of records, spreadsheet files and keep them up to date to the current inventory count.
  • Will provide reports, calculate, and compare of necessary data.
